Cancellation Policy

Parent/Guardian Consent Form (for children ages 6 -16) must be completed before classes can begin. Cancellations & Late Cancellation Policy All sessions must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance, either in person, by telephone, or via WhatsApp. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session will be treated as late cancellations. No-shows and late cancellations will be charged in full For blocks & private sessions, the session will be deducted from the package or charged at the full rate. This policy applies to all services at Physio & Pilates. Class Packages Intro Offers may only be purchased once per individual (unless purchased as a gift) Expired class blocks may be extended by one month for a £30 fee Unused sessions do not carry over beyond the package or membership period unless stated otherwise Payments All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable, except where required by law or at the discretion of management. Payment must be made in advance to secure a booking Clients may not attend services without prior payment Physio & Pilates is not VAT registered. Terms & Conditions apply to all services. Refund & Credit Policy We do not offer refunds, transfers, or exchanges. In exceptional circumstances where Physio & Pilates cancels a session (e.g., illness, injury, or studio closure), credit may be offered at management discretion For one-off events, credit is not appropriate; refunds may be considered minus an admin fee.
