Born from a lifelong commitment to movement, health, and authentic teaching. After years of teaching in renowned studios and founding The Authentic Pilates Studio in 2008, a chapter that spanned nearly a decade, life called for a reset. A sabbatical year turned into a much-needed pause, extending through the global pandemic.​
What emerged was a renewed vision; rooted in passion and precision. Physio & Pilates is a boutique wellness space in Wandsworth London where the Contrology method comes to life. Inspired by Joseph Pilates’ original work, every session is a tribute to the original method’s transformative power.
