Foam Rollers: Utilized for stability challenges and myofascial release to improve muscle activation. Resistance Bands/Therabands: Used to increase resistance and support proper alignment. Pilates Balls/Stability Balls: Used to increase difficulty or provide support for the core. Light Dumbbells: Integrated into routines for strengthening.
